they better make the katana way longer than that... and it better have a fast attack and movement... and it better have a cool animation... and if it doesn't have the right sound+the correct holding style... I'm honestly not going to ever use it... because if my character holds it like its a MF sword...

There are many differences between the chinese culture and Japanese. They are not the same thing to be fair.
Would you rather live in a dystopian kind of country?
Japan is not close to be as China otherwise. China is pretty much strict with different rules, yet. Most of these said rules tend to gather more data off yourself besides the recent problems with the censorship and protests over there.
